You see a table with several available spots. Which seat should you take? That is a matter of personal choice. Is there a captivating guy or girl wagering alone at 1 end of the craps table? Which individuals are using cigarettes? Which look tired? Which seem intoxicated or annoying? Select a spot where you will feel the most comfortable.

I prefer betting on the end, right next to the croupier. On the end, I do not have to worry about players on either side of me. I don’t prefer wagering next to the stickman as I always seem to get in the way of them reaching for the dice or moving the stick.

After playing for a bit, you’ll get a feel for your favorite position. You do not have a choice when it is packed. If you get a lousy location (like, an awful guy is next to you), simply switch to another free location. If the craps table is full, hang out until a player walks away and take their spot. Be aware of a player "coloring up," which is an indication that she’s departing, and tell the dealer that you want to move into her seat. The croupier will then hold that location and not allow a new person to quickly step in. The croupier will gently request the new individual to move to the location that you vacate. Clearly, when you change positions, don’t forget to take your chips.

Folks next to you can affect your feeling and entire betting experience. They can make it exciting or horrible. You could get trapped next to a chimney like fat player with wicked body odor, or it might be a bunch of drunk hotties spilling out of their halter tops. So, choose your spot wisely.
